Cutting and self-harming is a globally growing phenomenon among today’s youth. The pain releases endorphins, which increase pleasure and soothe the mind, one can quickly get hooked. But it´s possible to find a way out.

After the films availability in YLE Finnish Broadcast company´s streaming servise Yle Areena the film has been in therapy use in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic in HUS, Helsinki University Hospital.
